• Marcos Alonso played very well. Every season it seems like he is going to leave but he finds a way to stay. Outstanding free-kick and will probably stay again this season as a backup to Chilwell. Played well in super cup and also yesterday.👍
• Jorginho showed why he is a ballon d or contender. He run the game in midfield and was superb. Some great passing and dictating the tempo. A typical classy Jorginho performance.😎
• Mason Mount looked like he had a full pre-season and you would never know he never. A constant threat and controlled the pace of the game. Also won a lot of fouls and was very key to the win yesterday. Another big season incoming for him.🥰
• I thought Kovacic had an underrated performance. Won the ball back a lot, dribbling as usual was very good and also got an assist as well. Kovacic is a great pairing.👌
• Tuchel can’t get nothing wrong at the moment. Tactics were perfect and he worked around the fact we didn’t have a full squad to choose from. Made perfect subs and picked a very good team. Simply a world class manager.💙
